1. Returns and Exchanges
At DAANAM, we stand behind the quality of our premium stationery and gifting products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
Return Window:
You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your items.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition
- Have original packaging and tags attached
- Include all accessories and components
- Not be personalized or customized items (unless defective)
- Not be gift cards or digital products
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package the item securely with the RA number visible
- We'll arrange pickup at no additional cost for UAE customers
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item is defective)
- For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different size or color (subject to availability)
- Different product of equal or higher value
- If exchanging for a higher value item, you'll pay the difference
- If exchanging for a lower value item, we'll refund the difference
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage when contacting us.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or customized products (unless defective)
- Gift cards
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Items returned after 10 days
- Items not in original condition
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:
- Check your bank account or payment method again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
